PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the electrical wiring work by providing any one of a kitchen remote controller for operating a hot water supply apparatus as the master unit of an interphone, an entrance slave unit, the water heater or a bath remote controller with a terminal box for acquiring signal information of television, or the like, thereby shortening the wiring distance. SOLUTION: A kitchen remote controller 20 and a bath remote controller 30 are connected through wiring cords 50, 51 with a water heater 10 and a hot water supply operating section 21 controls the water heater 10 connected with the kitchen remote controller 20. The kitchen remote controller 20 remote controls the water heater 10 as the master unit of an interphone. An entrance slave unit 40 is connected to the kitchen remote controller 20 and a terminal box 70 for acquiring signal information of television, or the like. Since extra wiring of a television receiving cable is not required for the kitchen and bath remote controllers, wiring work can be saved and various audio and video information can be taken into a kitchen or bath collectively.
