PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make preventable an unauthorized use, reduce the cost and improve the productivity by setting, on a base material, a non-magnetic layer and a striped magnetic layer adjacent to each other in a plane direction. SOLUTION: The non-magnetic layer 2 and striped magnetic layer 3 are set adjacent to each other in a plane direction onto one face of a base material 1. The base material 1 is formed of a polyethylene terephthalate sheet, a vinyl chloride sheet, a paper or the like having a thickness of approximately 4μm-1 mm. The non-magnetic layer 2 is constituted of a resin alone or by dispersing a non-magnetic powder. The resin is a polyurethane-based resin, a vinyl chloride- based copolymer, a poly(vinyl butyral) resin, a fiber-based resin, a fluorine-based resin, an isocyanate compound, a resin of a type set with radioactive rays, and a resin of a type set with ultraviolet rays or the like. When the non- magnetic powder is dispersed in the resin, a film strength is improved and an impact when the film contacts a magnetic head is efficiently eased. A magnetic powder dispersed in the striped magnetic layer 3 has preferably a coercive force of not smaller than 5,000 Oe.
