PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove and suppress clutters in a small-scale circuit at high speed by hardware. SOLUTION: Signals belonging to an equal range with a sweeping direction aligned are taken out from discrete radar signals, whereby a received data vector R is formed. A base function vectorψhaving a non-zero part of a sequence of components expressing Doppler echoes and the remaining zero part of components of a value 0 is defined. The received data vector R is loaded to a shift register 22, while the base function vectorψis loaded to a shift register 24, and an inner product of the vectors is operated with use of a product-sum operation circuit 28. A shift at the time of wavelet transform is executed as a shift operation of the shift register 22.
