PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of defect or separation in a rib after baking as well as improve accuracy in size by containing an inorganic filler of glass or ceramics, a resin mixture containing a polymerical resin component and low molecular resin component, and a plasticizing agent. SOLUTION: A filler of various kinds of glass or alumina is contained, preferably by 40-80 wt.% having no drop in formation workability and the filler is treated in its surface with denaturated silicone for an improved dispersion. A resin mixture is preferably composed of a high molecular resin component with an a weight average molecular amount of 300,000-600,000 and a low molecular resin component with a weight average molecular amount of 10,000-100,000 at a ratio of 5-15:1, and thereby plastical formation and alkali resistance are improved. The resin mixture is contained by 4-15 wt.% from the aspect of binder action, formation strength and viscosity. Also, a silane coupling agent may be added. This composition havs an improved formation characteristics and suitable for a pressure formation method. In application, paste obtained by adding an organic solvent such as toluene thereto is applied to the surface of a film.
