PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to highly accurately evaluate an oscillation response by executing a shaking test to combine the oscillation characteristics of a partial structure, which is an object of a test, obtained by the shaking test with the oscillation response of the whole numerically modeled structure and to evaluate them. SOLUTION: A structure, which is an object of a test, is formed of a partial structure 1 and a numerical model 2 virtually connected to the partial structure 1. An oscillation model 9 corresponding to the partial structure 1 is first assumed, and the numerical model 2 is combined with the oscillation model 9 to construct a whole-system model 10, and the oscillation response of the whole-system model 1 is computed. On the basis of the results of the computation and a signal inputted from a waveform oscillator 8, the partial structure 1 is shook through the use of a shaker. The displacement and reaction force of the partial structure 1 is measured by a displacement meter 6 and a load cell 7. On the basis of the value of the measurement, the oscillation model 9 is corrected to construct a whole-system model again. This procedure is repeated to construct a whole-system motel highly accurately.
