PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a X-ray tube device with a stable X-ray output. SOLUTION: This X-ray tube device has a negative electrode 12 which emits electrons, a positive electrode 13 which generates X-ray by radiation of the electrons e, a vacuum envelope 11 which mechanically supports and electrically insulates the negative electrode 12 and the positive electrode 13, and a power supply 15 which applies voltage between the negative electrode 12 and the positive electrode 13. In this case, a metallic collector electrode 14 is attached to a part of the vacuum envelope 11 and connected to the ground GND.
