PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the synchronization detection of an individual voltage and a total current by synchronizing voltage and current detection using a voltage and a current detection circuits. SOLUTION: To synchronize each of battery module voltages V1-Vn to the sampling of a total current Ib, a controller 80 outputs a pulse signal with a specific cycle to a signal 211 as a synchronization signal, and at the same time detects the total current Ib via a signal 601 according to the pulse signal. Furthermore, an individual voltage detection means 1 measures the battery module voltages V1-Vn corresponding to the timing of the signal 211, and at the same time outputs measurement data to a signal 201 by serial communication. Also, the controller 80 updates the battery module voltages V1-Vn and the data of the total current Ib according to the reception of the serial communication data of each of the battery module voltages V1-Vn being carried out via the signal 201.
