PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and to suppress occurrence of degradation of the antenna performance. SOLUTION: An antenna 5 is turned back and forth in the same plane by a drive mechanism 8 for tracking error detection, and an tracking error is detected from the reception level of a tracking receiver corresponding to the turning position, and an antenna controller which determines the azimuth and the elevation angle of the antenna based on this detection result. The drive mechanism 8 includes metal fittings 10 for antenna support which support an antenna 5, a rotating motor 11 which gives a back-and-forth turning force to these metal fittings 10, and a drive force transmission member 12 which transmits the rotatory power of the rotating motor 11 to metal fittings 10 as a back-and-forth turning force.
