PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely control the data which are fetched by a FAX (facsimile) and also to easily study the cause of an error if detected. SOLUTION: The data received from a modem 200 are directly stored in a received data store area of a RAM 320 and also the data which undergone the code checking and the conversion of data form via a CODEC 310 are stored in a store area 320b. Then the data stored in both store areas are transferred to a computer 400 via a DP-RAM 350.
