PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start burglar operation without delay at a point of time when a last person leaves a floor, to drastically improve a burglar prevention effect, to start stop operation of a shared air conditioner and turning off operation of a shared lighting instrument, to decrease consumption of energy and to suppress maintenance management costs of a floor by the decreased energy consumption. SOLUTION: When a person who leaves a floor at the last (a last person 2) returns a key to an entering/exiting management device 3, gets in an elevator 4 opening and closing of whose door 5 is monitored by a door opening/closing detection device constituted with a reflection mirror 6 and an infrared ray sensor 8, and close the door 5, which is detected by a control device 12, a shared air conditioner 9 is stopped, a shared lighting instrument 10 is turned off, and non-stop control of the elevator 4 and operation of an alarm sensor 11 are started.
