PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components by eliminating the use of sealing material and eliminate a processing for preventing infiltration of detergent by forming openings in an outer-packaging cover to eliminate a detergent which infiltrated the outer-packaging cover from the cover. SOLUTION: An outer-packaging cover has a cylindrical shape having a bottom and has a conductivity and is so structured as to store four stacked fundamental elements 3. With the four stacked fundamental element 3 being stored in the outer-packaging cover 5, a current collector 35 of the fundamental element 3 in the lowest position is electrically connected to the outer-packaging cover 5. In both end parts in the heightwise direction of the outer-packaging cover 5, openings 51 are formed. The openings 51 are for eliminating a detergent, which entered a capacitor 1 in a washing process, from the capacitor 1 in a drying process. The openings 51 are circular holes. |
