ELASTIC CONTAINER FOR PARENTERAL FLUIDS AND METHOD FOR ITS PREPARATION

The container and the method are used in medicine for long shelf life of medicamentous fluids. By their application substances are stored which are greatly susceptible to oxyen for long periods of time keeping the integrity of the container. The container consists of an inner basic container (30) enclosed in an oxygen-impermeable external sheathing (10) with oxygen absorber (20) Container (30) is made of polypropylene containing elastic polymer material compatible with lipophillic substances enabling the formation of two permanent and separating partitions. The external sheathing (10) is made of water impermeable multilayer polymer material consisting of first external water impermeable polymer layer with a facility for establishing an oxygen barrier which is connected to a second internal polymer layer with the facility of establishing an additional oxygen partition. By the method elastic polymer multilayer material is introduced for making an isolated inner container (30) in the form of a box by connecting polypropylene containing isolation partition layers and at least two chambers (32 & 33) formed by at least one separation partition connection (50'). Then the side of the inner container (30) is secured by at least one temporary hole. Container (30) is filled by at least one type of liquid of parenteral application and the temporary hole is sealed by binding permanent connections. Then the inner container (30) is moved and filled in an oxygen partition - sheathing (10) with oxygen absorber (20).
