PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly realize the rotation processing of picture data with a small buffer capacity. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a buffer buf-a which stores picture data constituted of full dots along a first direction ×m (m is a natural number) dots along a second direction among picture data constituted of plural dots each along the orthogonally crossing first and second directions, and a longitudinal/lateral converting part 14 which operates rotation processing to the picture data read by n (n is a natural number) dots along the direct direction ×m dots along the second direction units from the buffer buf-a, and an address controlling part 15 which controls an address at the time of writing the picture data outputted from the longitudinal/lateral converting part 14 in a page memory 3. |
