PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always form an appropriate image regardless of an image to be formed by providing a control means which changes at least one image forming condition based on information acquired by a recycled developer information acquiring means. SOLUTION: A printer control part decides whether or not the ratio of recycled developer exceeds a 1st specified value. When it decides that the ratio of the recycled developer does not exceed the 1st specified value and the ratio of developer is equal to or above a 2nd specified value, it changes a developing condition so as to compensate the deterioration of developing performance. Namely, it controls the ratio of the rotating speed of a developing sleeve on a developing roller 276 and the rotating speed of a photoreceptor drum 23 so as to relatively increase the rotating speed of the developing sleeve. Thus, the amount of the developer adhering to the surface of the drum 23 gets large, so that the deterioration of the developing performance is compensated. Then, a means for storing the recycled developer is not necessitated. |
