PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display system which is suitable to a narrow display device of a portable terminal and can improve the input efficiency of the care service survey in particular by preparing the display elements where a plurality of items have corresponding values, showing these values in marks or colors and showing the presence or absence of the input of the values by dividing the input time. SOLUTION: On a basic survey item selection screen S140, every item is shown in a basic survey item list 141. The items whose inputs are completed have check marks shown in an input mark column 142. The values which are already inputted are shown in an input value column 144 for every item. The feature of this display method consists in that two types of display forms are available, i.e., the input values shown in the preceding nursing care service survey are discriminated from those of the current survey. In the figure, the values inputted previously have the star marks at their right ends and the current input values have no marks. Otherwise, the underlines or different colors can be used for discriminating the preceding survey from the current survey. |
