PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable washing of a screen board with a simple device and reduce the amount of using a solvent upon washing by washing a screen board while supplying the solvent onto the board and sucking the solvent. SOLUTION: This washing device has a washing head 3. At an upper part of the head 3, a plurality of discharge nozzles are arranged in a line while a slit-like suction nozzle is provided at a lower part thereof. A solvent is discharged from the nozzle 4 and supplied onto a screen board. By moving a washing head 3 up/down and right/left, paste and the solvent remaining on the board are mixed. Accordingly, by sucking the solvent from a suction nozzle 5 while the solvent is supplied from the nozzle 4, the paste mixed with the solvent can be sucked together with the solvent to thereby efficiently wash the board. The mixture of the solvent and the paste being in the form of liquid is stored in a washed liquid receiver 6. As the solvent, the same solvent as the paste is used to thereby improve the mixed condition of the remaining paste and the solvent.
