PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of through-current at an output stage of a semiconductor output circuit and to prevent the increase of time required for data outputting. SOLUTION: This semiconductor output circuit is provided with a P-channel output transistor(TR) 21, an N-channel output TR 22, and an output control circuit 30 that generates a gate control signal of both the output TRs 21, 22 in response to output data PGTn, NGTp to apply conduction control to both the output TRs 21, 22, detects the logic level of the output data TRs PGTn, NGTp and controls either of both the output TRs 21, 22 which cons them to be nonconductive for a prescribed period, when it detects that the output data logic level is converted.
