PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform each job or the like of patrol, post guard, and reception by a security mobile equipment in accordance with condition of a monitored object. SOLUTION: This device is constituted by a security mobile equipment 1 which automatically performs security or the like such as a patrol job and a monitoring device 2 which controls the security mobile equipment 1 on the basis of a preset operation schedule. The security mobile equipment 1 consists of a microphone 10, a camera 11, a speaker 15 for outputting a voice of a threat or a warning, various kinds of detective sensors 17a and 17b, a storage part 16 for storing plural patrol routes, a wireless communication part 18, a scanning part 19, and a control part 14 for controlling each part. A monitoring device 2 consists of a display 23 for displaying abnormal information, a video or the like, a monitor 24, an alarm device 25, a speaker 28, a microphone 29, a patrol routes for the security mobile equipment 1, a signal input means 26 for inputting validity/invalidity of the sensor, a storage part 30 for storing the operation schedule and the like of the security mobile equipment 1 and a control part 21 for controlling each part.
