<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make reproducible always constant filling density without being affected by the experience and ability of a measuring person by composing an absorption process for absorbing the stroke of a press process from a contact process with a spring material. SOLUTION: A lever arm 4 is set to a separation point position A, and a fixed amount of rice is thrown into a sample container 16 while the sample container 16 is placed on a celluloid sheet 27. The sample container 16 is covered with a rice compression container 15 and is placed at the lower portion of the central position of a press part 10 of a press 1. Then, the lever arm 4 is lowered to a press point C through a contacting point B to fix the press part 10. The press time at the press point C is measured from this point, and the lever arm 4 is returned to the position of the separation point A when a predetermined press time passes, thus constantly compressing the rice in the sample container 16 for a fixed amount of time with a constant pressure.</p> |
