PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily recognize there is no incoming call from a specific party by calculating a call reception interval of the specific party from a preceding call receiving time until the present point of time so as to discriminate whether or not the call reception interval is longer than a prescribed time interval. SOLUTION: An average call receiving interval T for past three results is calculated on the basis of a call receiving history from a designated opposite party stored in a storage section 13. Then an interval (t) from the last incoming call from the designated opposite party to the present time is counted up to calculate it. Then whether or not the interval (t) from the last incoming call is longer than the average call reception interval T for the past three results is discriminated on the basis of the average call reception interval T and the interval (t). When the interval (t) is shorter than the average call reception interval T, whether or not the incoming call comes from the designated opposite party is discriminated by utilizing a caller number through the telephone number notice of the opposite party. On the other hand, when the interval (t) is longer than the average call reception interval T, warning is displayed. In this warning display, a message denoting 'No contact from Mr. So-and-so' is displayed on a display device 3.
