<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-sensitive film for a color filter, capable of forming easily a pattern having few steps and high accuracy, and a manufacturing method of the color filter by using it. SOLUTION: In this photo-sensitive film for a color filter, formed by laminating (a) a transparent supporter film, (b) a cushion layer, (c) a colored photo-sensitive resin layer and (d) a protective film, in this order, a layer composed by including an ethylene-propylene copolymer having a copolymerizing ratio of ethylene of 60-90 wt.% is used as (b) the cushion layer. In this manufacturing method of the color filter, a process for exfoliating (d) the protective film of the photo-sensitive film for the color filter, and for laminating (c) the colored photo-sensitive resin layer on a transparent substrate, and a process for exfoliating thereafter (a) the transparent supporter film and (b) the cushion layer, and for exposing and developing (c) the colored photo-sensitive resin layer with a prescribed pattern, are repeated to form a multi-colored pattern.</p> |
