PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate deterioration of measuring accuracy due to an adhesion of moisture included in an extracted gas to a dust filter. SOLUTION: This device is composed so as to burn a sample inside a gas extraction furnace, feed the extracted gas of elements included in the sample to a detector via a dust filter 13 integrated inside the gas extraction furnace, and perform a quantitative analysis of elements included in the sample. Moisture in the gas is prevented from adhering to the dust filter 13 by equipping a filter heating means 27 for heating the dust filter 13.
