ONLINE TRANSACTION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PATENT AND LICENSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the licenses and transfer contracts for a patent right and an intelligent property right with high efficiency and high reliability by using a server computer and client computers which are connected together via a global area network to make up a computer system that can perform an intelligent property right transaction. SOLUTION: A computer system 100 consists of a server computer 110 and plural client computers 120n which are connected to each other and also to the computer 110 via a global area network 130. The computer 110 stores the information on the intelligent properties shown on a list into a data base at an exchange. The data base that is designated by a vendee is retrieved and the bidding is received from the vendee to acquire the intelligent property right. The information on the bidding is sent to a vendor of the intelligent property right and the bidding acceptance is received from the vendor. Then the intelligent right is transferred from the vendor to the vendee in response to the acceptance of the vendor confirmed to the bidding of the vendee.
