PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a record medium capable of reading data for constituting code images as much as possible and reproducing information even when recording is not performed well and a part of the data becomes unreadable. SOLUTION: In this medium 1, plural blocked data mutually including the same data to which the same address is attached are arranged so as not to be overlapped in both of the recording direction of the code images C1 and C2 and a direction orthogonal to the recording direction. Then, even when the data at a specified part become read defective due to the condition of a printer at the time of recording, the data of the same address in the plural code images C1 and C2 do not simultaneously become unreadable and stable react is performed. |
