PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common-mode chock coil, having an electrode structure suitable for miniaturization. SOLUTION: This common-mode choke coil 10 has an upper flange 3 and a lower flange 4, formed integrally on both ends of a vertical core. There are also provided a ferrite core having electrodes 5A, 5B, 5C, etc., which are directly stuck on the core composed of conductive coated layers continuing from the upper surface of the lower flange to its lower surface formed separately at a plurality of sites (corner parts), in a peripheral part of the lower flange 4 and a plurality of wiring wires 6, 7 wound on the vertical core of the ferrite core. The leading end and the terminating end of the wiring wires 6, 7 are conductively connected to upper surface parts S of the electrodes 5A, 5B, 5C, etc., directly stuck on the core formed on the lower flange through theremocompression bonding. Since the wiring wires are not led out to the side surfaces of the lower flange 4, a substantial outer dimension can be reduced. Since solder reflow heat has little influence on conductive connection parts R when the coil is mounted on a substrate, the adhesion of a sleeve core becomes satisfactory.
