FILAMENT SUPPORT STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure and stabilize the electric connection between a filament and a filament support plate by stabilizing the contact position and contact pressure of the electric contact part against the filament. SOLUTION: A filament is mechanically supported by hooking the end of a linear filament 8 to a filament support plate 32 having elasticity. Inside (i.e., in the middle of the filament 8) of the nearly tip end of the filament support plate 32, two filament pinching plates 60 having elasticity for pinching the filament 8 from both sides are provided.
