<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter having a thin structure by a small number of processes. SOLUTION: A film surface on a filter substrate 1 (for example, on a photoelectric conversion region of a CCD device) where a color filter is to be formed is flattened, and a photosensitive dyeing layer is coated on the upper part thereof, and patterning is executed into elongate stripe shapes in each color of filters of three primary colors. In this case, dyeing layers 2, 3, 4 in a stripe shape in three primary colors are formed, and dyeing layer separation grooves 5 are formed between adjacent colors (between mutual stripe patterns). Side walls of the stripe-shaped dyeing layers 2, 3, 4 and intervals between mutual stripe patterns in each color are protected by ink water-repellent material 6. Then, dye-including inks (red dye-including ink, green dye-including ink, blue dye- including ink) are coated simultaneously in each individual color from a color printer on the stripe-shaped dyeing layers 2, 3, 4.</p> |
