PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a key-top sheet having unimpaired appearance with peripheral side face portions of each key top are invisible from the upper side of a case, even if the key-top sheet is mounted in a curved state on the back surface side of the case, and easily operated by an operator because of the same pressing directions of the key tops. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, an upper mold 200 provided with a curved surface 201 similar to the curved shape of a key-top sheet and provided with recess 203 in the curved surface 201, inner circumferential side faces of each recess 203 being rectilinearly oriented in the direction to depress a key top, and a lower die 250 provided with a curved surface 251 similar to the curved shape of the key-top sheet and provided iwht recesses 253, are prepared, a film sheet 11 is put between the upper and lower molds 200, 250, portions of the film sheet 11 confronting the recess 203 are forced up and caused to closely stick to inner surfaces of the recesses 203 by forcing in molten molding resin, at the same time, molten molding resin is filled in the recesses 203, 205 to form key tops, and a key top plate is taken out after it is cooled. |
