PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a label having high abrasion resistance and content resistance and suitable for large item small scale production while preparing a heat sensitive adhesive resin layer with little waste. SOLUTION: A heat sensitive adhesive resin layer 12 is formed on one face of a transparent film 11 of PET or the like to be stuck to an object and a reversely printed ink layer 13 is formed on the heat sensitive adhesive resin layer 12 to obtain the objective label 10. Since the heat sensitive adhesive resin layer 12 is present around a picture of the ink layer 13, the label 10 can be stuck to an item such as a bottom or package by activating the heat sensitive adhesive resin layer 12 of the label. The normal picture can be seen through the substrate film 11 and the heat sensitive adhesive resin layer 12.
