<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection of unreliable frames in an audio channel, such as a half rate GSM audio channel and to execute superior decoding of audio data. SOLUTION: A comparator 6 compares a frame decoded by a decoder 2 with a frame that is temporally reverse-rearranged by an inverter 3, decoded by a decoder 4 and compared with a comparator 6 temporally rearranged in reverse by an inverter 5, and when there is a difference in a discrimination device 7, then the received frame is discriminated as being unreliable.</p> |
