PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a leg for constituting a simple and small structure thereof in a generator by reducing or preventing damages to a housing like a rear housing during a fall. SOLUTION: A pair of bosses 5 are projected downward from a lower part of a generator 18 in an engine generator, and a mounting plate 6 as a body separate from the generator 18 is removably mounted on the pair of bosses 5. The mounting plate 6 is composed of a plate 8 with a C-shaped cross section to be screwed with the pair of mounting bosses 5 and a mounting rubber 9 each inserted from below into a pair of mounting holes 10 of the plate 8. Each mounting rubber 9 is composed of a setting wide leg 12 set in the plate 8, a through-axis 13 projected from the upper side of the wide leg 12 and passed through the mounting hole 10 of the plate 8, and a narrow head part 14 mounted on the upper part of the through-axle 13 and fitted to a surface boundary part of the mounting hole 10.
