PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transceiver device which is small-sized, light-weight, and of low-cost and copes with plural systems. SOLUTION: In an amplifier in the transceiver device, eight of two amplification circuits 61 and 62 and one of two feedback amplifiying circuits 63 and 64 are driven by a control circuit 65 to constitute a reception circuit, and DC offset is reduced in either amplification circuit by feedback amplifying circuits.
