PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte low in interface resistance and good in toughness by containing electron conductive high molecular compound with concentration gradient in a phase of the solid electrolyte. SOLUTION: Polymeric solid electrolyte is constituted of electrolyte compound and ion conductive high molecular compound, The electrolyte compound is inorganic acid, inorganic salt, organic acid, or organic salt. When it is used for a lithium ion battery, it is selected from LiClO4, LiBF4, LiPF6, and LiN(CF3 SO2)2. As the ion conductive high molecular compound, macromolecule having ion conductivity higher than 10-8 S/cm and polyalkylene units as repeating units is desirable. As electron conductive high molecular compound, preferably, polypyrrole or polypyrrole derivative with conductivity higher than 10-4 S/cm is used. Polymeric monomer of material of electron conductive high molecular compound is contained in the polymeric solid electrolyte, and, for example, the electron conductive high molecular compound having concentration gradient is formed on an anode side by electrolysis polymerization. |
