PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stimulable phosphor sheet giving a radiation image superior in image quality especially, sharpness. SOLUTION: A stimulable phosphor sheet used for a radiation image record regeneration method is constituted of an isolation wall 11 finely partitioning the sheet along the plane direction and a stimulable phosphor charging region 12 partitioned by the isolation wall 11. The scattering lengths against the excitation light of the stimulable phosphor charging region 12 and the isolation wall 11 are in the range of 20 to 100μm and in the range of 0.05 to 20μm, its ratio is 3.0 or more, the absorption lengths against the stimulable phosphor charging region 12 and the isolation wall 11 are respectively 1000μm or more.
