PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the mismatching of reference information without needing a spool area for temporarily storing print data. SOLUTION: A reference managing part 114 transmits reference generated by a reference generating part 116 to a server as a print processing request and also registers it with a reference job management table 120. A workstation 12W1 receives a transmission (or acquisition) request from the server or a printer, subsequently reads the position information of data for printing corresponding to the transmission request from the table 120 and converts the data for printing to generate print data. Also, when the device is requested to stop, a power supply managing part 110 controls so as to make the stop of the device standby until reference information registered with the table 120 disappears, that is, all print data requested to undergo print processing are outputted. |
