PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent middleware from being corrected every time any new kind of equipment is added, or any failure is generated in a system constitution. SOLUTION: When a command for a data access request is inputted from an application to a standard interface part 11, and an access validity/invalidity judging part 14 judges that the data access request is legal by retrieving a profile data base(DB) 30, an equipment kind dependent data interpreting part 12 interprets the command based on equipment kind dependent data. An equipment kind dependent interface generating part 13 generates a message command to be transmitted to a controller based on the interpreted result of the equipment kind dependent data interpreting part 12, and transmits the message command through a controller access part 15 to the controller. Afterwards, the controller access part 15 obtains the data, and outputs the data through the standard interface part 11 to an application 40.
