PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constellation chart by which the sky with stars at each date and time in any place of the world can be three-dimensionally displayed with actual feeling of the sky, and which is helpful for theoretical observation of the space. SOLUTION: A spherical polyhedron or a spherical outer surface is coated with a transparent celestial sphere sheet 4 on which constellations of all the sky are plotted, and a celestial sphere body having the north-south polar axis 1 of the sky and the solar coma 6 with meridian 7 is combined with a ground frame body B on which the celestial meridian ring 10 with polar bearings 9 is provided with a horizon ring 11 and a time ring 13 so as to turn via the polar bearings.
