PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the size of a motor small and improve efficiency in cooling with respect to a motor with a cooling function for cooling an electromagnetic circuit in a rotor casing. SOLUTION: A fin 9 is formed in a body with a rotor casing 4. In this case, the fin 9 may be formed as a body or formed as another part by giving it a fin-shape form at the ventilation hole of a rear face of the rotor casing. The space of the fin 9 is not required additionally, and a motor with a modulation effect for an increase in temperatures is made small. Another ventilation hole, regardless of shape thereof is formed in a side face of the rotor casing to form an air path from the rear ventilation hole at the rear face of the rotor casing. In this constitution, the fluidity of air in the rotor casing is increased to improve an effect for controlling an increase in temperatures.
