PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and smoothly tilt a placed object. SOLUTION: In the tilt mechanism consisting of a slider 3 supporting a placed object 2 and a stand base 4 being a base, a spherical surface is adopted for a contact face 5a of the slider 3 with the stand base 4. An optional cross section of a contact part 10a of the stand base 4 with the slider 3 is formed circular-arc in line contact with the slider 3.
