PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of multiwave interference of mainly a reflected wave, etc., on a side where a modulated signal is received. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an MSK modulation part 1 which imposes MSK modulation (Minimum Shift Keying) with transmit data in NRZ (Non Return To Zero) code, a symbol clock generation part 3 which generates a symbol clock synchronized with the transmit data, and a multiplier 2 which multiplies the MSK modulation output signal from the MSK modulation part 1 by the symbol clock from the symbol clock generation part 3, and the MSK modulation output is multiplied by the symbol clock to invert the phase of the modulation output signal by 180 deg. halfway in each symbol of the transmit data.
