PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate flow rate measuring device with excellent reliability by preventing a drop in accuracy because of something stuck on hair or the like. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a vortex generation body 2A which is disposed in a passage within a pipe 1 to generate a Karman vortex 3a toward the downstream side of a flow, a magnetic field generation part 3 which is arranged on a pipe wall on the downstream side of the vortex generation body to form a magnetic field crossing the passage, a plurality of electrodes 4A and 4B which are arranged on the pipe wall protruding into the passage while being near each other to detect an induced electromotive force generated by a change in the magnetic field when the flow passes through the magnetic field and an arithmetic part 6 to calculate the flow rate of the flow in the pipe 1 based on the induced electromotive force generated in the electrodes.
