PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and a system which automate the setting of individual information to a computer and improve work efficiency. SOLUTION: This system preliminarily prepares respective individual information of plural computers, stores and holds it in a table 31, is provided with a means 51 which copies software of an installation object from a means 11 storing the software of an installation object to a recording means 61 inside a computer for the selected computer, retrieves and extracts individual information corresponding to the computer from the table 31 in setting the individual information to the computer and sets the individual information of the computer to a prescribed place of a storage part 62 in the computer based on a storage means (63) managing the storing place for the individual information.
