摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain oscillation at undesired wavelength by setting reflectance to desired oscillation wavelength of a light transmitting surface of an etalon higher than reflectance to other oscillation wavelength. SOLUTION: Desired coat is applied to an outside edge face 14a of Nd:YVO4 crystal 14 and a mirror surface 15a of a resonator mirror 15, a solid state laser beam 20 raises resonance between the surfaces 14a, 15a and projects almost second higher harmonic 21 alone from the resonator mirror 15. Desired oscillation wavelength is made 1064 nm and reflectance of light transmission surfaces 18a, 18b of an etalon 18 is set by a coat applied thereto for restraining oscillation of 1075 nm and 1085 nm. That is, reflectance to wavelength of 1064 nm of the etalon light transmitting surfaces 18a, 18b is made 60% and reflectance to other oscillation wavelengths of 1075 nm, 1085 nm is made as higher than it as 65%, 70%.
