PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of district acoustic stop operation and stack gas and fume tight interlock stop operation. SOLUTION: A district acoustic complete stop switch SW1 and a batch interlock stop switch SW2 are connected to a main CPU 10 and power supply to a district acoustic device 23 or to stack gas and fume tight equipment 24 is simultaneously interrupted by a software system at the time of switch operation. The district acoustic complete stop switch SW1 and the batch interlock stop switch SW2 are directly connected to an output line of each representative signal of district acoustic activation control and stack gas and fume tight activation control of a representative output control part 7 further through signal lines 28a and 28b, the output of each representative signal is forced to stop at the time of switch operation, and power supply to individual reporting parts 21a and 21b by a power source part 8 is interrupted by a circuit structure of hardware.
