PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage heating device which can speedily discharge the beverage at a stable flow rate and a stable temperature. SOLUTION: A water reservoir 1 (drink water supply means), a heating means 2 heating and discharging drink water, a water supply port 3 supplying water to the heating means 2, a discharge port 4 discharging hot water from the heating means 2, a circulation route 7 connecting the discharge port 4 and the supply port 3, a flow-rate reducing means 8 which is arranged in the circulation route 7 and reduces the channel cross section area and a pump 9 sending water or hot water to the heating means 2 are installed. Thus, the temperature of water in the heating means can be made uniform and the ratio of the quantity of hot water flowing on a discharge route side and the quantity of hot water flowing on a circulation route side can arbitrarily be set at the time of discharging hot water, and the beverage of the stable flow rate and the stable temperature can speedily be discharged.
