PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a labor for retrieval by retrieving a patient sample requiring reconfirmation or remeasurement from a measurement value of a precision management specimen and informing the information to an operator through a screen. SOLUTION: When a power source is turned on in a step S1, a patient number and a number for a precision management specimen are reset to 1 respectively in a step S2, while a number P managing a measurement order is reset to 1 in a step S3. When a start of analysis is directed in a step S4, it is determined whether a measurement application of a management specimen exists or not in a step S5, and in the case of application, the management specimen is dispensed in a step S6. Subsequently, in a step S7, a management specimen number is stored in a storage unit in response to a number managing a measurement order, and in a step S8, the measurement order management number and the precision management specimen number are increased by one respectively. In a step S9, it is determined whether application of a patient sample exists or not, and in the case of application, the sample is dispensed, and the patient sample number is stored according to the measurement order management number in a step S11. In a step S12, the measurement management number and the precision management specimen number are increased by one respectively. In a step S13, a measurement application is determined by a device, and if no direction is given by a user, this procedure is finished in a step S14.
