The precontrol device comprises housing (12) with horizontal running blind hole bore (16) and end face locked by a stopper (18). A first bore section expands to valve chamber (20) with seats (22,23) formed with pressure-medium channels (24,26). A flange plate (36) projects into second bore section and centers at an elastomeric ring (40) at the collar (38). A first chamber has valve chamber of fluid flowing through and actuator (46) arranged to the pressure middle/center free chamber (44).
