An analysis-detection device of the present invention comprises a high voltage source, a capillary chromatographic volume and detection means, wherein the device further comprises a high pressure pump. The capillary chromatographic volume can be applied with voltage and phased in both positive and negative directions by high pressure pump, thereby assuring no air bubbles and no breaking of liquid in the capillary chromatographic volume and obtaining high volume effective. It will be obtained various new type analysis-detection device provided changing a different chromatographic volume.
