<p>The invention relates to the use of certain low affinity NMDA antagonists as antidepressant agents. Preferred compounds include compounds of formula (I) wherein R1 is pyridyl, phenyl or 4-fluorophenyl; R2 is phenyl or 4-fluorophenyl; R3 is hydrogen, C¿1-6? alkyl or methoxycarbonyl; R?4¿ is hydrogen or methyl; and R5 is hydrogen or COCH¿2?NH2, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.</p> |
