Amplifier comprises gearing/transmission existing from tightened preliminary members (7,10) and hinge joints (6,9,11) producing an assistant and transfer. The solid-state converter (1) has an end in the form of a longitudinal converter/transducer exported multilayered ceramics with movable ends. A base plate (5) and toggle (13) with the joints produce supple connection. Between the housing (4) and hinge joint of the toggle is an elastic preliminary phase spring (9) tightened on tractive power is arranged.
